Liminal Points

The word “liminal” comes from the Latin root limen, which means “threshold” or “doorway.” Today, the word is most used in medicine, where it means the point at which a stimulus is strong enough to produce a physiological or psychological response. Liminal Points combines both meanings by exploring the unexpected similarities between pairs of physically distant, but structurally similar objects.
